Our company has introduced into Germanic advanced pellet pressing technology, inventing the taper-shape roller series flat-die pellet mills. They also can be applied to low temperature pelleting. In order to adapt to the international demands for renewable compression biomass energy, we have already developed many kinds of wood pellet machine after continuous renovation.
The rollers adopts "Taper-shape" to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die-outer, so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies, so that the resistance is reduced, accordingly the energy consumption reduced, die’s lifetime is enlarged. This is significant difference between the similar compression formation machinery.
Raw material could be feeded in smoothly, as the rollers are all uniformly distributed.
The pellet machine could adapt to different raw material, because of the center regulator structure. As different raw material needs different pression. E.g. pressure for sawdust is a little lower than that of corn stalks.
The machine has a longer service life. All the rollers which are the most important part are all made from high-quality alloy steel.
The dia of output is varied from 2mm to 22mm. You can choose different model according to your requirement.
High compression resistance. We have increased the number of rollers as well as the working area of bearings.
Operate at low temperature. In this way, lube will not overflow; all the parts will work normally. Principle: heat form extrusion and friction will be controlled and it can not transfer to the interior part.
High production efficiency. As our pression area is enlarge.
The shape of output is various. What you should do is only changing compression mold.
